Instructor Profile

Chris first studied Kickboxing with the N.A.S.S.K.C before leaving with Master Middleton to join K.K.I.D.S (Karate Kickboxing Intense Defence System) in 2005, later renamed as Rising Sun Martial Arts in 2016. 
Chris has been training in martial arts for many years, teaching to a variety of students. 
Chris would like to share his knowledge and experience with you, to give you the confidence to be able to protect yourselves at the same time as keeping fit. 
Chris prides himself in the achievements he has made in both national and international competitions, resulting in many medals and trophies.
